Refund policy

Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

At A Bit Of Pretty, many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or created especially for you. Because we produce our items in small batches rather than holding large amounts of inventory, our return policy works a little differently.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. There is no need to mail the item back unless we specifically request it.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because many of our products begin production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or changes may only be requested within 2 hours of purchase.

After this window, we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed or cancelled if production has already begun.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our handmade and made-to-order products are created specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or accidentally ordering the wrong size, color, design or quantity.

Please carefully review the product description, measurements, photos, available options and other listing details before placing your order.

Handmade Items

Please keep in mind that handmade products may have slight variations in stitching, placement, pattern positioning, dimensions or other small details. These natural variations are part of what makes each handmade piece unique and are not considered defects.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. If you experience a problem accessing or using your files, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
