These small variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Product measurements described as “approximately” may vary slightly.

4. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

Certain A Bit Of Pretty products may be handmade, made-to-order, customized, or produced specifically for your order.

Production times listed on product pages are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, material availability, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please review product descriptions, measurements, personalization details, and other information carefully before placing your order.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and issues involving handmade or made-to-order products are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

5. Digital Products & Downloads

A Bit Of Pretty may sell digital products including printable templates, appliqué patterns, sewing or craft resources, artwork, graphics, and other downloadable files.

Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical product will be shipped unless the listing specifically states otherwise.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once delivered or downloaded, digital purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the file is defective or materially different from what was advertised.

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing or license, purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork or design to the purchaser.

Digital files may not be redistributed, shared, resold, copied for resale, uploaded to file-sharing websites, or claimed as your own work unless the applicable product license specifically allows such use.
